Ok, here's what happened.

I was at the store and they had a big display of BBQ'd sunflower seeds. I

thought they looked interesting. I can't buy those because of the salt content,

so I came home and harvested a handful of sunnies. Put them in a bowl and

sprinkled BBQ sauce on them and tossed and ate. The BBQ sauce was interesting,

but didn't really do anything for the sprouts. But, as Melody says,

" Experiment! "

You might consider using the smoked paprika spice on them rather than the

sauce. That might make a difference.

I had a luncheon salad of sprouted sunnies, avocado, and tomatoes ­ with a

little balsamic dressing. To die for.
