Guest guest
Ok, here's what happened. I was at the store and they had a big display of BBQ'd sunflower seeds. I thought they looked interesting. I can't buy those because of the salt content, so I came home and harvested a handful of sunnies. Put them in a bowl and sprinkled BBQ sauce on them and tossed and ate. The BBQ sauce was interesting, but didn't really do anything for the sprouts. But, as Melody says, " Experiment! Guest guest
You might consider using the smoked paprika spice on them rather than the sauce. That might make a difference. I had a luncheon salad of sprouted sunnies, avocado, and tomatoes with a little balsamic dressing. To die for.
