Guest guest
I have been of the opinion that when cooked broccoli lost all of it's curative properties. Now I find that if prepared correctly prior to cooking, broccoli will retain much of it's nutrition. So if there are people in your life who won't touch raw broccoli with a ten foot pole but will eat cooked broccoli—Broccoli Cheese Soup, anyone? Here's how to prepare the broccoli for cooking: http://bit.ly/IX8u0l . I do like the way this Dr. Gregor explains nutritional information and there are many more videos on his YouTube channel.
