I think he said he gives an automatic discount of 10% on his health products. link: http://se1.us They dissolve under the tongue, taste like marshmallows, and contain 10K IU each one. I take between 1 and 4 per day for 10-40K IU each day. Alan is getting I might try the vitamin D3 at Radio Liberty instead next time. There's no discounts at Radio Liberty, but I just want to see if what the difference between the two products is--sublingual vs swallowed. link: http://www.radioliberty.com By the way, there's a another ebook for Kindle that I found quite informative on vitamin D. Guest guest
There are 2 tests for D, . Depending on what the doc requests, you could be getting accurate testing. Since I've lived with surgically induced malnutrition for the last 10 years, I've done a lot of study on vites and minerals. Here's an excellent website http://www.vitamindcouncil.org/ Pam Reply-To: <sproutpeople > Date: Sunday, April 29, 2012 5:37 PM To: <sproutpeople > Subject: Re: Free Kindle ebook on vitamin D > > > > > > DO keep in mind that the TESTING for Vitamin D is seriously flawed. Guest guest
I agree, Pam. Also, what someone else indicated regarding fatigue and depression in people who have low Vit. D, rings true as well. While Vit. D is not the absolute panacea for good health, it cannot be dismissed as a big contributor and everyone should have their levels checked, IMHO. I also get the newsletter from the Vit. D council regularly as well (which you cited in your email).
