You guys, I have to share this. This is very sad...but also very funny.

I am on an email loop with some of the physicians & phds that have rocked

our world with the mass promotion of misinformation. They were discussing

the virtues of Barrett of Quackwatch and how he has helped to expose

what a purported fraud homeopathic medicine is. I asked one of the more

aggressive contributors for disclosure of if he had a financial pony in the

race when so vehemently dissing homeopathic medicine.

This was his reply:

" You are an idiot. I am paid a salary to be a medical sociologist. I

study physician patient communication. My funding comes from the National

Institute of Mental Health, mostly. "

Doesn't that just say it all?
