Faith Hill and Tim McGraw toured Nashville and spoke in a televised interview

regarding the Nashville flooding disaster. They echoed the statements shared by

most Tennessee residents: They've never seen anything like this before.

They said that just two days prior, the area where they stood was under water.

As is common with most areas involved in flooding, once the water recedes mold

and mildew can set in. Tim McGraw commented that he was beginning to smell mold

in many of the homes in Nashville. Not only is mold a threat to the already

damaged homes, but it can be detrimental to health.

Faith Hill said that she was in a state of shock after seeing and experiencing

the Nashville flooding. They both described the area as being devastated.

For many in Nashville, the flooding came as a shock. Many residents lost their

homes and possessions and didn't have flood insurance. There have been 30

counties in Tennessee declared federal disaster areas.
