Guest guest
Hi tug, my pharmacy sells it for about $130 per month, they say its expensive because it is pure with no additives. Is your $85 pure? thanks E From: Tug <tug_slug@...> Subject: [] purchasing cholestyramine Date: Sunday, November 28, 2010, 6:23 PM I was wondering if anyone has purchased cholestyramine on line, if so from who and how much? 1 months worth through the local pharmacy is $85.00 and I simply cant afford it. Ive contacted PAR pharmaceuticals and here's their reply: We are sorry as Par Pharmaceutical does not offer a Patient Assistance Program for Cholestyramine Oral Suspension at this time. Thanks Tug
Guest guest
I bought prevalite (cholestyramine without sugar - the " light " version) at my coumpound pharmacy for about 40$ for 42 scoops. Then I bought the same product at Costo Pharmacy, 60 packets for cheaper. However I think my insurance is paying part of it.
Guest guest
E, I was getting my CSM from Walmart so Im sure that it hasnt been compounded. I pretty resourceful and can usually find a way to get my meds but with the CSM I've run into a brick wall even if I order from a pharmacy outside the US it's even more expensive than what I'd be paying at Walmart Thanks Tug > > Hi tug, > my pharmacy sells it for about $130 per month, they say its expensive because it is pure with no additives. > Is your $85 pure? > thanks > E
