This is an issue that we are facing as well. has always had "Autistic" tendencies while has not. Many years ago I approached our specialist about it who said he didn't need one more diagnosis. Now the boys are in school and 's behavior can cause issues when he reacts to stimuli that no one is aware of. Ask your Ped. for a referral to someone who is a specialist in the area to observe and test him. Then they can also help with a treatment plan to make his life and youirs more "normal"... Good luck
