I am forwarding this from Jenn at TalkTools. They are planning a travel clinic to Los Angeles, CA in May '08. They need a commitment from 6 families, as is stated below.

We have already set in the deposit form, as we are hoping to have my brother seen at this travel clinic. They need a few more famillies to make the clinic happen. Feel free to forward this to anyone who you think may be interested!

Hi CA Families,

We have selected dates for the travel clinic to Los Angeles, CA: May 1, 2, 3, 2008. Evaluations will take place at the therapists hotel (typically near the LAX airport). As mentioned previously, we need a commitment from 6 families before booking the therapists travel accommodations. Should you wish to participate, please complete the attached deposit form. The form does ask for a credit card number, however no charges will be made, this is just to hold a spot for your child. I have also attached information on our costs/procedures/etc. Please feel free to forward this information to any families/parent groups who may be interested.
