Guest guest
Pete, Does the TLC assessment work with BioExplorer? If so is it the same set of excel worksheets or did you have to do some reformatting? Guest guest
Iedbunnie, many of us have bad reactions to computer CPUs even when they are completely enclosed. Personally I have not opened up a computer to see whether ES reactions are stronger when the computer's " insides " are exposed. But your reaction does not sound like a coincidence to me. In your place, I'd have that problematic CPU replaced if I could. 'House' for instance, is feminine: 'la casa.' 'Pencil,' however, is masculine: 'el lapiz.' A student asked, 'What gender is 'computer'?' Instead of giving the answer, the teacher split the class into two groups, male and female, and asked them to decide for themselves whether computer' should be a masculine or a feminine noun. Each group was asked to give four reasons for its recommendation. The men's group decided that 'computer' should definitely be of the feminine gender ('la computadora'), because: 1. No one but their creator understands their internal logic; 2. The native language they use to communicate with other computers is incomprehensible to everyone else; 3. Even the smallest mistakes are stored in long term memory for possible later retrieval; and 4.. As soon as you make a commitment to one, you find yourself spending half your paycheck on accessories for it. (THIS GETS BETTER!) The women's group, however, concluded that computers should be Masculine ('el computador'), because: 1. In order to do anything with them, you have to turn them on; 2. They have a lot of data but still can't think for themselves;3. They are supposed to help you solve problems, but half the time they ARE the problem; and4. As soon as you commit to one, you realize that if you had waited a little longer, you could have gotten a better model. The women won..... Guest guest
Theres been allot of talk about laptop's and computers in general so I thought I'd post this question. I have a computer thats currently in storage that was in the original box that the case came in when I lived in my WDB. The computer was in a small storage closet in the garage that was basically deatached from the condo. BUT when I started moving things into storage I put some some items from the WDB in the same room as the computer that was in the cardboard box. The computer was never turned on or taken out of the box so it was never directly exposed to any mold or voc's. Would this computer be safe to use or would it be better to buy a used computer from someone off craigslist? Im not sure if this makes any difference but I used to build computers so taking one apart and putting it back together isn't a problem. Thanks
Guest guest
So many people live in sick buildings and don't know it, I wouldn't buy anything off of Craig's list. Can you vacuum it and wipe it down. > > Theres been allot of talk about laptop's and computers in general so I thought I'd post this question. > > I have a computer thats currently in storage that was in the original box that the case came in when I lived in my WDB. Guest guest
Vacuuming it and wiping it down wouldnt be a problem the problem is I was out at my storage locker yesterday and the computer is buried. If I could get to it I could buy a new case and move all the internal components to the new case which would take me no more than an hour to do. As fate would have it the computer that I used in the WDB is sitting right there in front of the door. You have no idea how badly I wanted to grab the contaminated computer and monitor and bring them home with me. I cant afford a new computer but I cant afford to take the chance of buying from a someone who might live in a moldy house so what I'll more than likely end up doing is using my iphone to read my email till I can get some money saved and buy a new computer > > So many people live in sick buildings and don't know it, I wouldn't buy anything off of Craig's list.
