Guest guest
a, can you please clarify the recipe: how much water w/ 1/4 teaspoons of sea salt and baking soda? should you do these while also doing the antifungal nasal spray? Dr. Marinkovich never told us about this, only gave us the nasal spray which didn't help, but my son is now doing Dr. Gray's nasal spray which I think is essentially the same thing and also doesn't seem to help, but... sue v. >The late great Dr Marinkovich's nasal wash recipe. filtered water, 1/4 >sea salt and 1/4 aluminum free baking soda (anti-fungal). once a day. >DO NOT SWITCH netting pot from left to right during wash. switch sides >every day. Guest guest
I could afford free baking soda for sinus cleaning but I used Arm and Hammer for detox baths. Do you think I should not use Arm and Hammer for detox baths? I could afford sea salt that I can get in bulk but have to go way out of my way to get it. Do you do detox baths and use aluminum free baking soda for that too? > > The late great Dr Marinkovich's nasal wash recipe.  filtered water, 1/4 sea salt and 1/4 aluminum free baking soda (anti-fungal). once a day.  DO NOT SWITCH netting pot from left to right during wash. switch sides every day.  One day on the right side, the next day on the left. gives a better cleanse > > KT
Guest guest
most netti pots hold the same amount of water, which is about a cup. The nasal spray Gray prescribes can be either Ketoconazole 2% with saline or keto w/ sodium chromolyn. the later is Dr M's recipe.  you can ask Dr G to change it. Dr M's has a longer shelf life but also is able to hang out longer and seems to go deeper into the brain.  My personal observation because I have done both and still using and still getting die-off 3 yrs later. Guest guest
The specialist I saw also said it doesn't do much good just to drain the water from the netti pot through one side of your nostril to the other. He told me with my head tilted to pour in one nostril and plug the nostril that the water was supposed to drain out of and give a little snort so you water from the netti pot gets up into your sinuses. It takes awhile to master it but I found out it really works well the only problem is because the water goes deep into your nasal cavity it drains for a good half hour after done. Just when you think it's completely drained more water comes out of your nose. > > The late great Dr Marinkovich's nasal wash recipe.  filtered water, 1/4 sea salt and 1/4 aluminum free baking soda (anti-fungal). once a day.  DO NOT SWITCH netting pot from left to right during wash. switch sides every day.  One day on the right side, the next day on the left. gives a better cleanse > > KT >
Guest guest
Where do you get the ingredients? I think the keto is prescribed.. The Keto is a liquid prescription? .. and does it come with saline or sodium chromolyn? Do you mix? How do you figure the ratios if mix? Thank you!
