what do you mean by atmospheric problems? chemical sensitiity?

If one is injured by work environment, wouldn't that fall under Workmen's

Compensation? Does anyone know?

I fought with Workmens Comp but they wouldn't accept it

yes, if they are still working there they should file a complaint too.

if they fell they can no longer work or are no longer working they should file

In my case, they had to make reasonable accommodation-- they moved me to a

different office 2-3 times but I still got ill from the ongoing

renovations.  I had the option to leave, so I eventually took early

retirement.
