Tips on swallowing pills: Great tips:taking with a thick food, ie, chocolate

milk, applesauce, pudding, etc

tilting head forward,

greasing them with margarine or flax oil,

cutting, crushing,

smaller does and enough pills to get to the correct dose.

Before reading thses I bought liquid (kids) tylenol) because of swallowing

problems, and have been cutting others for some time.

Holding your head back when taking a pill tends to close the esophagous. If you

bend forward while taking it it will go down better. Not all the way forward,

but more forward than back. Look at your toes and swallow should do it.
