I take about a teaspoon every night and haven't had a problem since even while taking CSM. For me, it helps with my IBS which is aggravated by my MCS. Magnesium (800 to 1200 mgs a day) helps keep me regular. It's a wonderful natural solution to constipation.

Guest guest
Mayleen passed on some excellent info. I think the links were from ancient minerals? magnesium for life.. among many things.. mag low can result in neuropathy, tingling, numbness.. as can low b12.. its interesting to read the symptoms of low mag, low b12, mold illness, lyme disease, candida.. most all sound the same. Guest guest
What is a good amount to take daily? Magnesium is one of the very critical electrolytes, when too low any of the critical cellular functions can shut down. Low magnesium can cause type 2 diabetes or hypertension or hypotension. Mild symptoms include insomnia
Guest guest
Jeri, Â I'm so sorry. Thank God you noticed what was wrong. It's so awful what mainstream doesn't see! A lot of us need to realize we have frequent urination with our mold exposure & are low. Guest guest
It is my understanding that Oral magnesium supplementation is hard to absorb, keep in the body. There also must be a balance between calcium and magnesium for it to have benefit. Calcium aides magnesium absorbtion. You can read on this or go to the site I gave the other day, it has much information on it. Including how much by body weight  in a handy PDF file. http://www.tankdc.com/documents/Magnesium.pdf This site also has a lot of info.   http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/magnesium.htm#a  http://www.ancient-minerals.com/#Q4 God Bless !! dragonflymcs Mayleen ________________________________ From: " ssr3351@... Guest guest
What a shocking, horrifying experience. I agree that many of us are mag deficient. I had a cellular test for mag 3 years ago and was.. may still be. Robin > > Jeri, > > Â I'm so sorry. Thank God you noticed what was wrong.
