Your body will learn to tolerate it. ew Re: Flax Darn now you make me want to figure out a way to grow it but I do have flaxmeal daily and I have flax oil that I was going to start using to make salad dressings (thanks to my MS I have a neurogenic bowel - bladder.. have pacemaker for bladder BUT HATE HATE HATE the treatment for bowel and don't worry won't go into it).. Debbie.. figuring out if I can find a way to get more flax in > > I must remind you all, flax is a natural laxative.
