Guest guest
I had actually bought one book called going Vegan in 30 days and that even mentioned if you get stuck on a step it is okay. My " problem " is that I still have to cook for hubby. He is not into most beans though he is getting MUCH better,, he will definitely do lentils... and I have been adding some of the bean sprouts (various beans) into different dishes (like stir fries, etc). He had definitely started getting into a salad with dinner ...since I can't cut right now due to arm. Because I haven't done food shopping with being so sick the past few weeks.. thank goodness for frozen veggies and fruits...also my salad greens lasted quite a bit longer than I expected. I had bought ionizer from QVC and they were right,.. foods do stay fresher longer! > > ooops yes I forgot the beans!!! I had quit eating processed first, then I quit meat & dairy and I am feeling great! I have a nice green smoothie in the mornings & I stuff that Vitamix with spinach & 1/2 banana & sometimes cucumber, frozen peaches & a tropical mix I get at Costco... I also add some hemp seeds & coconut water or vanilla almond milk... that smoothie is SOOO GOOD! >  > > >
Guest guest
My DH doesn't like sweet potatoes but I like the baked sweet potato fries with a mustard/honey dressing for dip. He can't eat potatoes or tomatoes or products from them. He can't have beans either so I am not sure how he could eat totally vegan, if he wanted to. I like most of the things, but don't like to do all the preparation. I like to do things quickly.   Now if I had a really good cook who could leave out some salt I'd be in great shape.  Carolyn Wilkerson  To: sproutpeople Sent: Monday, April 2, 2012 11:25 PM Subject: Thanks Thea and Carolyn] Crazy Medical question  I had actually bought one book called going Vegan in 30 days and that even mentioned if you get stuck on a step it is okay.
