Guest guest
Hello- I apologize for emailing you at your private email addy but I am unable to post on the listserve. I have been a member for 3 years, and was finally trying to email a question and I cant log into it. My yahoo id is vanverse. This is the question I was hoping to post, any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you in advance for all your hard work and time. Ron Hello, I appreciate every ones contribution to this list. I have been a reader for several years, and look forward to reading the posts everyday. I have currently come upon a situation that I believe several of you have had the opportunity to deal with already. I was hoping that some people on here would be willing to educate me and impart some of their knowledge. I live in Portland, Oregon and have Kaiser. To this point I am extremely happy with them, and my doctor. Last summer my Doc told me that Kaiser NW was looking at covering Newfill (I know that is the old name but I think you all know what I mean). Unfortunately they have decided against it. My doc is upset and thinks that it is ridicules; she suggested that I write to member services about this issue. How would the group recommend that I approach this? Is there anyone that has been successful in getting their insurance company to allow the treatment? The most frustrating part my Doc said was that Kaiser California was covering the procedure. There seems to be a disconnect there. The last part of my question is if anyone knows if the manufacturers of Newfill are still doing the assistance program for people with limited incomes? If so what is the contact information. Than you all for your insights and help everyday. Regards, Vergelpowerusa dot org"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do... And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we're liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." — M. on, A Return to Love Hello- I apologize for emailing you at your private email addy but I am unable to post on the listserve.
