Guest guest
I use this one for Sam whilst at school as its only a few drops they do;t realise its a good Vit D dose which is what he needs with SNP's at VDR. That is:- Vitamin D/K2 Liquid, vitamins D3 and K2 in a balanced formula 10 drops contain 5,000 IU vitamin D3 and 1 mg vitamin K2 But not sure if that is a good ratio or not Mandi x I noticed on the Thorne website that they do a a Vitamin D3/K2 combo, is that a better option for someone like me as I assume they've done all the calculation already?
