Guest guest
I don't know anything about this book.Cimetidine is used for treating stomach ulcers, and I dimly remember that it does have some kind of HIV activity, but I don't think it has ever been shown to be enough of an interaction to make it be clinically relevant.I'm not aware of Acetominophen having anti-HIV activity. Acetominophen may decrease glutathione levels, so I don't think it's the best choice for chronic use in people with HIVWarfarin is rat poison. A powerful anticoagulant, rats that eat it get internal bleeding and die. It is sold as a "blood thinner" as Coumadin, and with very careful monitoring, it's useful in the prevention of stroke. On Jan 16, 2006, at 9:25 AM, PozHealth wrote:Some recommendations in this book are new to me and I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge/experience or opinion about them. These are just among a few they recommend: Cimetidine (Tagamet) Acetaminophen Warfarin Any information that anyone could share would really be appreciated. Barrowpozbod@...
