Guest guest
Barb and others, It will be helpful to constantly remember that what may be true for most could well not be true for you. In other words we all have to take all advice with a grain of salt and test it for our self. We must develop our own truth based on our own experience even, especially!, if all others say otherwise. Listen to others for ideas but experiment and test for yourself. Blindly following others is no more productive than constantly changing methods before the opportunity to realistically evaluate. All that produces is the temptation to blame. Carl Grimes Healthy Habitats LLC (fm my Blackberry) [] Diet/Re: I've moved Tug, I have eaten free of diet lists without any problem. I think it's what you eat usually that matters and I would not worry about occasionally eating something different, unless you are allergic to it. On the other hand, I can almost NEVER have anything substantially sweet without feeling kind of sickly. I've had that for a long time, way before I knew anything about mold or WDB but in fact I was already living in one so probably they were connected but realizing the connection took a very long time. There is alot of disagreement on what kind of diet to follow. When I refer to mold free diet, I am referring to Dr Marinkovich's diet, others may be referring to diets from doctors that vary, or referring to anticandida diets, which are similar. > > This is what confuses me, I read one article and it says certain foods are ok, you read another and it says those same foods feed mold.
