I think it's what you eat usually that matters and I would not worry about occasionally eating something different, unless you are allergic to it. On the other hand, I can almost NEVER have anything substantially sweet without feeling kind of sickly. I've had that for a long time, way before I knew anything about mold or WDB but in fact I was already living in one so probably they were connected but realizing the connection took a very long time. There is alot of disagreement on what kind of diet to follow. When I refer to mold free diet, I am referring to Dr Marinkovich's diet, others may be referring to diets from doctors that vary, or referring to anticandida diets, which are similar. > > This is what confuses me, I read one article and it says certain foods are ok, you read another and it says those same foods feed mold.
