This is what confuses me, I read one article and it says certain foods are ok,

you read another and it says those same foods feed mold. I remember posting a

question concerning fruit back in January and I was told 2 pieces of fruit a day

would be ok but now Im being told that both nuts and fruit are not good choices.

PLEASE understand I'm not trying to offend anyone I realize that everyone here

is just trying to help and I am more than thankful for that.

Another example is I was told to stay away from onions, I just read an article

that said to eat " Plenty of fresh steamed vegetables, especially onions, garlic,

ginger root, cabbage, carrots, peas, sweet potato. "

I was in the hospital on two desperate occasions for non mold related health

issues both times my stay lasted 6 days. Beings I was out of a moldy environment

I felt great in terms of my mold symptoms being at an all time low. I told my Dr

about my mold exposure and if they could put me on a special diet that wouldn't

feed the mold, he kind of rolled his eyes and said he'd see what he could do.

When they brought me my food I asked if it was a special diet the NA said no,

beings I was hungry I went ahead and ate hoping that I wouldn't get symptomatic

from feeding the mold that was running through my body. Everything I ate had no

effect on me whatsoever I felt perfectly normal, confusing isnt it?

Again, Im not trying to argumentative or ungrateful I understand everyone here

is just trying to help and for that I am truly grateful
