Guest guest
I just finished a month long candidia detox and felt pretty good by the end. I still continue with my no sugars on a rgular basis nor do I eat gluten on a regular basis but on a special occassion I will have something with sugar or wheat. Its probably been a couple of times now and I don`t even know if that is what is causing this but I`am feel weak. I have an appointment tommorrow that I have been waiting weeks to get in to see a biological dentist to see if my facial pain could be from my silver fillings. I don`t know if I can drive the hour there and hour back. I`am feeling disgusted and angry that I can`t seem to get out of my own way. Thanks for listening. nne~
Guest guest
the problem with candida is that if you still have a small amount of yeast that hasn't been killed off, it can grow rapidly in quite a short period of time. your ability to handle sugar, gluten etc will also depend on how much your gut lining has healed. if you just get rid of most of the candida, but your gut lining is still quite permeable and you have a little candida left, then you still won't be able to have any sugar. depending on the level of damage that has been done to the gut, some people will never be able to eat refined sugar again or at least not for about 7 years. unfortunately for most candida sufferers this means no cheating ever on sugar, gluten or whatever else you're sensitive/allergic to for months/years. in my experience most people take at least 2 years to get rid of candida and for their gut to heal, or at least to the point that they can tolerate a small amount of sugar without getting sick. once your gut has healed, then you can start introducing some sugar back into your diet. in general, what is recommended is that you eat at most a small amount of sugar once every 4 days. i'm not sure what type of detoxing you did, but in general however many days you did the detox for, you will need to take the same amount of time to reintroduce other foods back into your regular diet. if the diet after the detox is not handled correctly, symptoms are very likely to come back very quickly. i hope that's helpful. > > I just finished a month long candidia detox and felt pretty good > by the end.
