I do use a mask. I have one I have not used it.  It does have holes in it for

exhalation. 

My tubes (plastic do not bother me. They are curved.  Are yours curved??  I

have salter labs nasal canulas latex free.  I tried another brand and were

painful to me.

It's not the plastic that bothers me, it's the ends of the plastic tubes that go

inside your nose, the edges rub against nasal lining and irritates it, so mask

doesn't have those, right? However with mask, where does your exhale go?

Wouldn't you breath your exhale back in with oxygen?
