And of course those patty recipes of Melodys. I will definately make the recipe, maybe for a BBQ this weekend I've not planted dill before this year so I will find out if it lasts after the summer. Another newcomer is fennel herb. I love aniseed flavours so I am not sure why I never considered fennel before. It's just coming into flower, with dark brown hairy/feathery flower heads forming, so watching these things forming is intriguing. And I invested in a lemon mint too this year. It smells divine, but is yet another herb I need to look into recipes for!!! Father In Law also gave us a chocolate mint and the bees are going crazy over it at the moment.
