what are the natural bile sequesterants?

my now 21 yo did some csm, no change in symptoms, stopped it as it is

difficult, now trying to get him into the sauna. sue v\

Diane with something like psyllium do you take it anytime even near medicaton?

Do you take it just like you would add 'fiber' to your diet? Thanks
