I have known it cause hyper when starting out and sleeplessness (is that a word??) but goes over time, maybe start on tiny dose? 100iu's? I think Biocare do drops with low dosage

Hi, , my ds is of the type that is "never ill" - put in D3, he actually showed the outward signs of a virus which we knew from behaviour, things weren't right with him, then he picked up very nicely. Its so difficult to tell with our kids I know. The other thing is, we all had a virus here, and we took D3 high dose as well after a struggle with it and it hit it big time.
