Guest guest
Bee has excellent information on candida.. hard diet and I think its very close to or is a low amylose dietas well. She does include almonds, but they are soaked first as per Nourishing Traditions. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/index.php Its easy to soak almonds then you can toast them in the oven. This may not be on all candida diets, but Bee is very strict. I cant take her egg smoothie sor whatever it is she calls it. And I will probably start back on green smoothies and this will include a banana and mango in addition to berries. They help balance out all the heavy fatty foods and get greens into my kids. I fill the blender with greens so the amount is substantial. GAPS diet is also very similar but is oriented toward gut repair. Eventually juicing for those who can handle it. I did the GAPS diet for a while intro though. We are eating poorly now. Im not taking my kids off all grains but I need to get back off. I like all the fats in GAPS and Bee's diet. ALthough I recently read that coconut oil is mostly sacyliates (cant google spelling) and some people are very sensitive to this. Robin > > > > Tug: I am confused about what mold diet you are following as nuts and fruit are not normally recommendede. Nuts are notoriously moldy. The mold diet is not that limiting really, you can eat all the greens you want, did not see them on your list. Veggies are very important for your well being.
