Guest guest
Hi all...I am new to group....How can I find out more about the anti-fungal and probiotic enemas? Thanks!!! Sharon [ ] enemas > > Thanks very much... I'll keep that in mind, I just want so badly to > get better, I'm very health conscious as I've been on the SCD diet for 5 years, so I am aware of my body. Another question, do you think the enemas would be too much for my body? If not, which type should I do, I was thinking the probiotic?? ==>I totally understand about wanting so badly to get better. I did enemas when I was the very sickest and did better having them. The first one to do is the coffee enema. It sounds harsh but it isn't. It helps the liver and adrenals decongest and gave me such relief it's unbelievable. Then you could do the antifungal one, and after that the probiotic. The probiotic enema isn't going to help unless you do the antifungal one first. Bee

Guest guest
Hi Sam, There is an " Enemas " file in the Files section of our group site with an article about the coffee enema. It tells you the exact measurements of coffee to water. Bee does not recommend " cleanses " as they can be harsh on the body. The diet and supplements are already doing what is necessary to " cleanse " your body and help it heal. jackie > > So, that is all that is needed for a coffee enema? Click on Files you will see that all of the Folders are first (inside of each folder there are folders and files as well). Scroll down to the Enema Folder - the article is in there. >A liver cleanse (and I've never done one) is made up of olive oil and lemon juice or grapefruit juice. If taken in a certain manner is supposed to release stones from the liver and help clean it out. ==>I am familiar with liver cleanses, but I do not recommend them under any circumstances for anyone. This is from my article " Not Recommended Treatments, Supplements, etc. " (in the files after all of the folders): " I do not recommend any type of " cleansing " or `cleanses " at any point during the candida program, including liver, kidney, gall bladder or bowel, except for enemas – see the Enema Folder in our Files. Liver, kidney and gall bladder cleanses dump too many toxins into the body at one time which most candida sufferers are too sick to handle. In fact there have been cases where people have ended up with life threatening conditions caused by such cleanses, and have had to be treated in the emergency room. Also, liver and gall bladder cleanses can release liver and gall stones into the bile ducts that can block and tear them, requiring emergency surgery. The candida diet recommends high " good " saturated fats which are very important for liver and gall bladder health. Over time the diet will normalize the functioning of all organs, including the liver, gall bladder and adrenals, and may dissolve any stones that are present. All cleanses are a combination of herbs or ingredients which many candida sufferers cannot handle, not only because it causes too many toxins to be dumped into the system at one time, but also because the ingredients themselves are often too strong, causing adverse reactions. The candida diet, supplements and other treatments recommended will do a good job of increasing digestion, strengthening the walls of the intestines (mostly with good saturated fats), increasing good motility of the intestines, clearing out the liver, adrenals and gall bladder, increasing kidney function, etc. and will affect any cleansing that the body sees necessary, even chelating out heavy metals such as mercury, lead and aluminum, etc. " Bee

It certainly does help! I have done 2 of them with 5 days in between each one. I am also wanting to do the antifungal/probiotic enemas. Should I do coffee enemas for a while longer before doing the others or does it matter what I do when? Thanks! > Trish Wow Trish! That's wonderful you did the coffee enema and that it helped you!! You go girl! It doesn't matter what you do when, but do space out enemas so your large bowel can normalize in between, however you can do the antifungal and probiotic in the same day, then wait 4-5 days before doing more. Guest guest
> > Hello, > > Is it safe to do coffee enemas every day to help with die-off symptoms? Thank you. ==>Dear Eileen, no it is not safe; do them every 4 days, but you would not continue them over a long period even at that rate. The large bowel has very important functions and you do not want to interfere with it too much. 4 days allows the bowel to normalize between enemas. ==>You can do other things to help your die-off symptoms however, which are listed under die-off in my article or in the Folders Candida Symptoms, Help For and Healing Naturally & Die-Off Symptoms. Guest guest
>> Hi Bee, > It's me again, . I still have the flu with a deep pain intermittently in my chest going from front to back. I had this last November and rest was the only thing that helped. It stemmed from a virus that went through our family and although the rest of the family gets coughing for weeks from it, I just have this awful chest pain that radiates to my neck, arm and jaw. The only thing that relieves it is lots of bed rest. > > I am doing the protocol as best I can while being sick, that is sometimes I don't get as much of the tea or salt water made up to take. My dd is getting really good at cooking your recipes and we've created a few of our own. The egg drink is my lifesaver right now. I am currently making the bone soup out of some pork ribs that I got from overhearing a lady tell the butcher at the meat counter to throw away. > > My question is about enemas. I have tried in the past per my holistic doctors advice, to do a probiotic & Vit E enema and it just wasted me for days. I've never drunk coffee or had caffeinated drinks so for two reasons I'm afraid to do the enemas. What would be your counsel on this? ==>I do not recommend using any oils in an enema, i.e. vitamin E, and if you wern't on the diet it is possible the probiotics killed off too much candida at one time which flooded your system making you very ill. Coffee enemas do not kill off candida, and they do not put any caffeine in the system: Here's information from the article on my website: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/enema1.php " The effects of having a coffee enema are not the same as drinking coffee. The veins of the anus are very close to the surface of the tissue. The caffeine is therefore absorbed more quickly (and in higher concentration) than it is in when coffee is drunk. Additionally, coffee has a chemical makeup that is stimulative. The enzymes in coffee, known as palmitates, help the liver carry away the toxins in bile acid. The coffee is absorbed into the hemorrhoidal vein (in the anus), and then it is taken up to the liver by the portal vein. With the bile ducts dilated, bile carries toxins away to the gastro- intestinal tract. Simultaneously, peristaltic activity (movement of the bowel) is encouraged because of the flooding of the lower colon. Thus, when the colon is evacuated, the toxins and bile are carried out of the body. The caffeine from the coffee is absorbed into this circulatory system and goes directly to the liver where it acts as a very strong detoxifier. It decongests the liver, and causes it to dump its toxins. It causes the liver to produce more bile (which contains processed toxins) and stimulates the gall bladder to dump its contents which flows directly into the small intestine for elimination. This frees up the liver, enabling it to process toxins more efficiently, particularly candida toxins and those caused by killing off candida. The coffee only goes to the liver, and does not circulate throughout the body so it does not act like drinking caffeine would. Caffeine also stimulates an enzyme used by the liver to make its detoxification pathways run. This enzyme is used to form glutathione (an amino acid), which is one of the main components that enable toxins to be eliminated via the bile into the small intestine. Therefore a coffee enema speeds up detoxification and minimizes the backlog of detoxified substances. " Bee

Guest guest
I hear such positive comments about enemas, I am considering doing one. But my question now is, why lie on the floor? And do you stay there until you have expelled the solution? Can't this be done while sitting on the toilet? Sounds very messy. Also, which enema is best to start with? All this is still very overwhelming to me. I don't know if I will ever be able to completely eliminate carbs and do this whole protein/fat thingy. But I am giving it a good try. This group is pretty great and everyone is very supportive of each other. It keeps me going. Ellen in AZ

Also an enema can only be administered when you are lying down so your bottom is flat on the bed or floor. It isn't possible to insert the enemas when you are sitting on that area. > Also, which enema is best to start with? ==>The best one to start with is the coffee enema. > All this is still very overwhelming to me. I was such a chicken that my Mother had to administer my first one. She was taking care of me when I was on the candida program over 20 years ago. After my first one gave me such relief, I " knew " they were very important. After that it was easy for me to do them myself. I discovered that using the bulb syringe is much easier than using an enema bag however. Bee

It is easier for me to remember names, rather than email addresses. : ) In what article did you read about saline (salt) solution enemas? As far as I know I don't have an enema article using salt. You can do the coffee enemas anytime. Yes, chocolate can call you from wherever it IS! LOL! It's one of the cravings many people with candida have. Sometimes cravings for chocolate means the person lacks magnesium, so ensure you take the correct amounts of magnesium citrate along with calcium as recommended. Bee, it's Gail. I am putting my name at the bottom of my post, but it seems it's not on the post, don't know why. Anyway, here is the link I read: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/enema4.php I think my friend told me to use saline. Is that not right? I just bought 3 of them. I see you say plain water. I didn't take one, I have a colonoscopy schedule for Tuesday this week and figure the prep will clean me out. I wonder if he will see candida. The thing my friend told me was to do clear water first. Is that right, and does that preceed the coffee? Thank you Bee and all the other here! Much health and happiness! You would probably get the emails from the group, and the instructions are posted every 2 weeks as a message, or Search the Messages for the instructions " trim your messages " but you have to be on the actual Group's Website to do that: click on Messages and just above them you'll see 2 search functions, one for Message Nos., and one by Subject. Also you were emailed how to trim messages when you joined this group. > > Bee, it's Gail. Drinking water isn't a substitute for enemas, particularly coffee enemas which decongest the liver and lymphatic system, and help them dump their toxins. You would never drink 2 litres at one time; drink 6 ounces 6 times a day - 3 of those with meals, and the rest throughout the day. +++Never 1 tablespoon either!!!
