Guest guest
>Maybe I'm misunderstanding the problem, but why couldn't you use a Hepa >filter or air cleaning system for your house or bedroom. There are also mold >neutralization drops. >Skeesix As I see it, the problem with filters is simply that they don't do the job. The requirement to filter a whole house air supply is huge, and impossible when there are doors or windows open. And the mold has to permeate through the air before it gets to the filters ... on the way you breath it in. Filters can reduce the problem, but not fix it. While neutralisation drops do work for some people, my MCS doc says that they don't work 100% and they don't work at all on some people. One problem would be that the drops have to contain exactly the molds that you have problems with --- since there are a zillion different molds there is a low probability that you will get exactly the right molds in the drops. There is no way for your doctor to know or measure exactly which combination of molds is your problem, so the drops are a " best guess " . n n Canberra, Australia http://members.austarmetro.com.au/~julian/photo-an/photo-an.htm
Guest guest
thank you all for your responses regarding food allergies and crawl space. i am actually allergic to mold. blood tests (IgE) came back positive. so it adds to the complication of treatment. i have decided against LDA therapy, as i'm concerned about an anaphylactic reaction and the fact that i've read that it often makes people worse. did anyone else test positive for mold allergy? if so, did you seek treatment for the allergy itself? if so, how? thank you! Guest guest
MOMOKO, yes, I've have been diagnosed with both the allergies and toxicity from WDB exposure. yes, makes things much harder. no, I did not get treatment for my allergies, avoidance is just as important for mold allergies as it is for non-allergic sensitivities, I also wash my sinuses which helps with both. dont believe for one minute what some say about allergies not being a problem here, they just dont get it. > > thank you all for your responses regarding food allergies and crawl space. > i am actually allergic to mold. blood tests (IgE) came back positive. so it adds to the complication of treatment. i have decided against LDA therapy, as i'm concerned about an anaphylactic reaction and the fact that i've read that it often makes people worse. did anyone else test positive for mold allergy? if so, did you seek treatment for the allergy itself? if so, how? > thank you! >
Guest guest
It does not matter if you are allergic of hypersensitive-toxic, the real cure is the same; stay out of WDB, and stay away from biotoxins. Therapies will help repair the damage. Avoidance will stop it from happening > > thank you all for your responses regarding food allergies and crawl space. > i am actually allergic to mold. blood tests (IgE) came back positive. so it adds to the complication of treatment. i have decided against LDA therapy, as i'm concerned about an anaphylactic reaction and the fact that i've read that it often makes people worse. did anyone else test positive for mold allergy? if so, did you seek treatment for the allergy itself? if so, how? > thank you! >
