stan.....i don't know where you can buy these flours.....do you, by any chance,

grind your own flours ?.....you can grind your own flours in some blenders ( i

use a grinder so i don't know which blenders will work ) but if you do, it is

very easy to sprout your own grains and then dry them and make your own

flour.....i know that sprouted wheat flour ( ready made ) is very expensive

i buy bags of wheat berries ( organic ) for a couple of dollars and they

sprout.....i've never tried buckwheat but it is worth buying a bag and trying to

sprout them.....if they don't you can just cook them so it isn't a total waste

the sproutpeople website talks about making sprouted flours.....peace, mary

There are 2 " blenders " that will pulverize and make flour.  Vitamix is one and

the other is Blendtec I think.  The Vitamix has a dry container especially made

for that, but can use the liquid one but might scratch the jar a bit.  I don't

know how well Blendtec does it.  You can probably find it on the youtube.  I'd

suggest just putting in sprouted flour and will probably see both mixers used in

different places.  I don't know if a coffee grinder would work or not, but

don't want it to taste like coffee.  Good luck to you.

Stan, you can email me offlist at berrywell@.... I have a source for

sprouted grains of any kind, (sold by the pound) and also have a contact for

Vitamix and/or Blendtec blenders so you can make your own flours. Email me if

you need info on any of the above.
