Guest guest
Hi Barb, yes i think its all very individual. I used to eat them every day without problem, ligntly poached, but im now sulfur intolerant. There is no way i could have gotten in the 4 tablespoons of coconut oil without the smoothie as the coconut oil alone by itself made me sick So yes its all very individual and depends what you are trying to achieve ________________________ On 2011-01-31 16:25:29 +1100 barb b w <barb1283@...> wrote: > > Can't find the post but re: raw eggs. If white is runny, it isn't fresh enough to eat raw. A very fresh egg will have a white part that is formed around the yolk when cracked. If it spreads out and runs, the white is breaking down. The yolk will be high and not flattened out. I had raw eggs in blender for a few days before becoming sick.
Guest guest
4 tb of coco oil, taken at one time, should make anyone sick. Yyccchhhh, I love the stuff, but just thinking of all that at one time.... Anyway, if it still makes you sick, when it wasn;t all at one time, but divided doses, this is a textbook indicator of a sluggish GB, which is one of the fundamentals I mentioned in my very first posting. If your biliary system (liver,GB) is not up to fighting trim, the I have news for you all, you can do all this fancy stuff that you've been doing for years on end, paying the big consult consult fees to the big whoop-de-doos, and in the end, you're out of $ and still screwed, with two steps forward, and 1.9 steps backwards. Please to you all, go back and read my first posting with the 5 quick fundamentals. I get nothing from this. Just trying to jump in and offer up common sense re how things work. _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of Dana S Sent: Monday, January 31, 2011 12:46 AM Subject: Re: [] OT: Raw eggs Hi Barb, yes i think its all very individual.
