It probably depends on how strong your immune system is. Mine is not strong at all. On Mercola.com he has suggestions on eating raw eggs if you want to. If I remember correctly: need to be very fresh, no sign of opening or hairline crack, test if fresh enough to eat raw by cracking open and seeing how formed 'white is'. If white is runny, it isn't fresh enough to eat raw. A very fresh egg will have a white part that is formed around the yolk when cracked. If it spreads out and runs, the white is breaking down.
