Guest guest
As I was told by a doctor, yogurt is OK but other fermented products are not. I have a paper on it some where which I have posted on this group several times. I will see if I can find it. Also, gouda (SPELLED??) cheese is OK because it is made from the same stuff as yogurt. > > What about healthy yeasts that your body needs in digestive tract which can be supplied by probiotics containing certain strains of yeasts and homemade kefir and kraut and other fermented vegetables? > > I am currently taking saccharomyces boulardii (active probiotic culture) to help control clostridia infection.
