I can see bread yeast as a problem.. not sure about the yeasts that help maintain balance in the digestive tract.. ?? Would it be the process of making ferments that can grow bas stuff as well as good stuff or is good stuff bad for us.. then are the natural yeasts in our own bodies making us sick? I know " moldies " who take chlorella and spirulina.. are they OK and if not why not? Thank you! Robin > > As I was told by a doctor, yogurt is OK but other fermented products are not.
