PMMA request for feed back ...again

I hate to beat a dead horse but... I want to ask one more time if anyone has a bad report from PMMA. I have gotten two responses about granulomas in the face and one was very graphic about how bad it is and how difficult or impossible it is to correct. I am wondering if this is rare or not so rare. I am also afraid of asking DR Serra when he has an interest in my business. Once it is in ... it's in for good.

If there is a good chance of granulomas, I will not have a treatment in Rio and wait for the BioAclimed in Tiwana.
