Flu shot or not?

Question for all of you who are sick from mold exposure. Does anyone get

the shot or not? I had the pneumonia vaccine shot ,yrs. ago when I taught

school, and that's good until I turn 65. I know you're not Drs. or nurses but

just wanted your opinions.

I dont dare to get the flu shgot. I react to so many things God knows what

it will do to me.

My opnion and please keep in mind I have 2 lung diseases, I would not take a

vaccine even of they were giving them out for free at the corner grocer.  I do

not like also certain ingredients in the vaccines.

 

 I have had one once in my life and my job forced me to have it.  I have never

had the flu and I have been around some countries out of US.

I'm sorry to sound this way, but I wouldn't. Haven't gotten one in years.  

There's no guarantee you won't get the flu with it.  They actually weaken the

immune system. Have unhealthy ingredients & a full dose of thimerasol/mercury, &

aluminum.

Good nutrition & vitamins will prevent & heal. We love elderberry extract extra

I know I feel the same way about the shot but they push it and my own

Family Dr. says I should get it. He knows about my illness but he really

doesn't understand it. I'm afraid of what's in the flu shots & don't want any

more toxins in my system. I also do no want to end up in a hospital terribly

sick with the flu. My husband went to get his yesterday but I did get mine

and have pretty much decided not to. Thanks so much for your advice and

support.

Thanks, and I agree. But my Dr. keeps recommending that I get it and then

you see all the ads and get so torn. I've pretty much decided not to get

one and just wash wash wash!!!!
