I dont know.. Possibly a would know or for sure Rich Van K. Ive been

taking mag glycinate and mag malate. I dont think so.. ? Citrate goes right

through me.

I quite calcium as well and am back on 500mg. I dont know. I put in and take

out. Yasko has her calicum formula that contains all the " cofactors " needed for

absorption. I go back and forth on this one. You've got to be utilizing it or...

That is something to think a bout when having hysensitivity or excitbility..

calcium is the bullet for glutamates and glutamates can cause all kinds of hyper

activity.

I usually dont have insurance pay but have for the very comprehensive nutreval

test by genova which is most all of the yasko tests but the gut test.

Transdermal glutathione has helped with some of my over excited (creepy drive me

insane nerves firing all over my body at once) feeling. I dont know if there is

a correlation with this kind of excito-activity (toxicity?) and glutamates or

not.

Ive been more emotionally worked up lately and its hitting now we are moving

(completely overwhelming).. SNS activity up and I am feeling pain much more

intensely... like my b12 shots will hurt like heck, or I stump my toe it feel

slike I kicked a concrete wall. This is what my sister told me is RSD like and a

result of SNS overactivity. I am taking calcium and will take it out! I havent

wanted to take the l theanine until after the xmrv test but I may give in.

Probably doesnt effect.. read green tea is antiviral and I am probably taking

this too far.
