HEY GUYS! I'm closer to you than I realize, we are staying at the

Sheraton in Great Valley - we got a AAA rate of 79.99 for hte night,

and it has a hot tub, indoor pool - and they've been kind enough to

give me a late checkout time between 3-5 so I can come back and

shower after the workout, or soak in the tub!!! I didn't realize the

hampton inn was in great valley too!!

COOL! We may be just next door... I was wondering how far apart our

hotels would be.

i'm getting excited! I checked the address of both the Hampton Inn

and the Sheraton, and they are pretty much next door to each

other!!!!! The sheraton is 707 Lancaster Ave/Pike, and you gals are

like 635 Lancaster Avenue/Pike. This is sooooo coool!!! Maybe you

all can give me a ring friday night when you get into your room and I

can swing by and give you all a 'good night' hug! LOL. (well not

for you all cause you'll be working out at midnight!!) haha.

Wow. Cool. I'm excited. I feel better being closer to you all.

Amy

who is going to need to be shot with a tranquilizer dart to get any

rest friday night. LOL.

I admire your spirit, . It will be nice to know that you will be

everyone does Tae Bo to the best of their ability, but a few of those people

It takes a big (well, ya know) man to admit his mistakes. I ALMOST said the

same things as I was watching... but I had to remind myself that I probably

looked like that at one point... and may still look like that to people who

are really good at taebo. You are SO right, everyone does taebo to the best

of their ability! I think that's awesome... but and Elena definitely

should have been up front. :) Front or back they all looked awesome! It

just hit me last night that is one of the instructors now! That's

just so cool...

Because the man who did the interview hardly gave me a chance to say what I

wanted to!!! Grrrrr

all he wanted to do was discuss weight loss

I do believe some qvc employees were involved in the work-outs so could

explain why someone who didn't know the moves was there

(now is using a chair in the 5pm to show how you can modify!!!)

our work-out was tough a full hour without a warm-up stretch or cooldown

they really didn't position much and took most of the folks cramming them

into the part of the room facing

there was no room to move and very hard to see what move to be doing

they did nothing for the internet group as promised and we all stayed off the

floor behind waiting for where to stand then they just took the

testimonials towards the front , leaving the rest in the mob

got to say and Shellie and did hang around for pictures and

autographs, making it very worthwhile for everyone who came

Oh and we had a surprise visitor!!!!

Susie came from Minnesota!!

Barb

who figured since they jammed me next to a chair, may as well take advantage

of it and used it for balancing

I was upper left corner of this group facing TBQ and and AmyN was to my

right

they showed a great shot of AmyN early in the program when showing the front

row of the larger group (and stopped zooming past Amy to where I was)

Right now 5PM Suzie is back left

who is trying to watch and type simultaneously and not doing a good job of

Thanks for all the support your guys. You are right there were a LOT of

people who had never done taebo before especially at the midnight taping. In

fact, there may have only been a handful of regular taeboers. My cardio

kickboxing teacher told me that QVC called her a few weeks ago to ask if she

could come be in the workouts (she couldn't do it because she is

Austen's choreographer). I heard several people say that they were fitness

teachers at local gyms were called in to be in the workout. They were in

shape, but did not know taebo. At the 10:00 a.m., there was not placement at

all other than the small group behind (we got there too late for that)

and those like Amy and Barb who did testimonials. Back where we all were

standing, we were surrounded by new taeboers. I kept having to tell them

which side to turn to, ... .

Wasn't Barb amazing! The highlight of my weekend was watching Barb, Amy, and

Peggy up there in the front giving their testimonials, workout out, and

modifying. I am so, so proud of them. I love the way Barb got the

microphone back to get her point across. It was also so inspiring to see

Phyllis. She is really pretty and worked so hard. To do all that taebo with

the long drive and with her physical problems puts me in awe. The husband's

-- Amy's Ray, Barb's Steve, and Phyllis's Dan were incredible, too - so

supportive (and pretty good at taebo, too, Dan and Steve. These ladies

picked good men. The other thing that blew me away again was how gracious

, and were. They spent hours so much time with people

posing and talking. I would have expected them to run off to some room and

rest given that they had at least 4 more workouts ahead of them and were off

to Pittsburgh for workouts the next day. When we were leaving (about an hour

after the workout), was showing a young woman with knee problems how

to modify by doing taebo while seated in a chair.

By the way, is marrying the guy we saw her with in LA at the February

tapings. I asked her and she said that they had been friends ever since he

started going to the WTC early in 1999. They started dating in Nov. during a

taping. He asked her parents for her hand in marriage a week before he asked

her to marry him. She says he is her best friend. She says he is now an

instructor at the WTC. Maybe we'll see him in October?

I had the greatest time with my taebo-egroup friends. This was an appetizer

for the long get together in October. If anyone is thinking about going,

please do it. You won't regret it. Being with good friends and doing taebo

is the best.

Hi Elena,

Yes, Barb, Amy and Peggy were amazing, I admire them for being able to do that.

I havn't seen the tapes yet because my satellite receiver broke down....but

anxiously awaiting a copy of the workouts.

Elena, thank you for your kind words, I still don't know how I got through the

workout, but so glad I did. I was happy to be standing in front of the wall for

the 5pm workout, it held me up a few times......it was great fun workout out

with Suzi at the 5pm workout, we got through it together and

she did great.

Have a great evening,

Hugs,

Phyllis - who is off to bed, this took alot out of me but I can't say enough

about it, was worth every ache and pain and I would do it all over again.
