Guest guest
Thats a ton of carbon. wow. It still has a good hepa as well that works down to ..1 micron. Do you use the cheper purifiers as well.. sounds like you do. Which ones and how are they working for you? What do you think of the UV light option. Im getting leary of the mold killers but possibly its only killing the mold on the filter.. then is there a need for that or not? What do you think about these actvated carbon blankets? http://www.nontoxic.com/activatedcarbonblanket/activatedcarbonblanket.htm Here's another air filter someone with MCS shared with me.. also lots of carbon and also a UV. http://www.nontoxic.com/airpura/airpurifiers.html Not sure the particulate removal ratings on either of these machines. The austin air plus has 15 (is it pounds) of carbon, .3 hepa, and particle rating of 80-90 which isnt that impressive. IQ, Alen, and Blue Air (which has the ionizer) filter out more particualtes in 90% plus range. Robin
