Guest guest
soy and fermentation are things I try to avoid, but maybe like alot of other things it's all about the dose. supposedly a baby asprin wont hurt you either. hard to know whats best sometimes. I just dont want to take anything that may be hard on my stomach, it's been through hell and I'm just now getting to where it better and I dont want to do anything that might aggervate it again. like alot of other things, all we can do is try and see. > > I hear that FERMENTED soy, which natto is I think, is healthy in small > quantities, assuming it's not gmo.... sue v. > > > >I've heard good things about nattokinase too, but will not take it > >because I believe it is an enzyme taken from soy. > > > > Barth > > > >www.presenting.net/sbs/sbs.html > > >
