Nattokinase.  actually helps take the fibron or cleanses your blood.   With

in a week of taking I could feel a difference and much easier to draw blood.

100mg  twice a day.

migranes linked to blood clots in viens

http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/09/080915165814.htm

humm, toxic vasculitis also leads to blood clotting.

I read that cod liver oil might work just as well as asprin without the harmful

side effects, has anyone had any experience with this?

or any other natural blood thinners

soy and fermentation are things I try to avoid, but maybe like alot of other

things it's all about the dose.

supposedly a baby asprin wont hurt you either. hard to know whats best

sometimes. I just dont want to take anything that may be hard on my stomach,

it's been through hell and I'm just now getting to where it better and I dont

want to do anything that might aggervate it again.

like alot of other things, all we can do is try and see.
