Guest guest
For your arms & legs, feet pain & numbness, you can try Tai Chi Chuh.  I used to get a variety of sharp, stabbing, dull pains in arms and legs and even my toes, and my arms, legs, fingers & hands went numb at night in bed and even during while sitting in a chair. Three times over the last 5 yrs I had those symptoms and each time when I started doing the Tai Chi faithfully every day, the pain & numbness went away over a 2- weeks to a few months timeframe, plus my balance has improved & I rarely fall (I am in my 60s-- am prone to bloodclots, have edema, arthritis). Tai Chi Chuh is an easier version to learn, took me about a year to get it all going (arms, legs) with some coordination. It takes time and practice. It is boring (I used to do aerobics, can't now because of my ankle & knees bothering me) but well worth doing. I wake up each day feeling ill, exhausted-- 1st thing I do is put a sheet on the living room floor and do the Tai-- makes me feel better and alive after the session (at least for a few hours), then I get breakfast. Like most seniors, I am on limited funds, love to get things for free. I have a DVD recorder, borrowed a number of Tai Chi Chuh discs/ tapes when they still had them on the shelves and made copies of the 2 sessions/instructors I liked the best. I have the 20 movements memorized so now I do them without the tapes/ discs. It is amazing how the pain went away-- Tai stimulates the muscles, nerves & bones. It seems to improve breathing.  I believe it also tones the muscles.  I have been doing the Tai 1-2 times a day for 1-1/2 yrs and discovered I could get into 3 pair of slacks (6 mos ago) that were tight 2 yrs ago. Recently, I got into 2 T-shirts that were too snug around the gut-- and I have not lost weight. Some years ago I got several of my girl friends doing Tai-- by having them do it with me in their/my living room, then making copies of the version they liked for them. I absolutely hated Tai Chi at first, but because I cannot do aerobics & swimming (chemicals & pollution here) and was afraid of blood clots/PAD, I had to make the effort and am very glad I did. If you can afford a class ( & tolerate the room MCS-wise), you might take a class to get you started. ....Corky ________________________________ From: dragonflymcs dragonflymcs@... Guest guest
My symptoms were ongoing while exposed at my school. After leaving and taking CSM my symptoms are gone. The headache, brain fog and flu like symptoms return if I've been in a bad place or near certain fragrances. Thank you for sharing, I see more than one person has similarities. Did this happen while being exposed or surface later ?

Guest guest
Have you had any water intrusions into your home or found mold? Guest guest
I cannot speak for others, but after my repeated exposures, I no longer just had to guard against mold and toxins in the air. I have had to alter my diet completely, in that my immune system became so hyperalert that I began reacting adversely to food and allergens to which I had never--in my 56 years--reacted so adversely. I no longer can tolerate ANY additives, gluten, dairy, sugar...on and on. It seems that the only way I know I can tolerate food is if I eat REAL foods, likes beans, fruit, and vegetables, and those must be grown without any pesticides. So...again, I don't know if others have found that their sensitivities progressed after years' long exposures to mold and toxins, but that has been my experience. In addition, I can only use vinegar and baking soda for cleaning; otherwise, I am breathless and have cognitive/bodily/emotional reactions that are frightening. My life is no longer one of casual, cavalier, spontaneous living, but rather one of being very intentional about my surroundings, my stress levels, and my diet. Ah, well, at least I'm alive and know that I can never, ever re-expose myself to toxins, even if this means I cannot return to work. Sad, as I love my job, but I can't risk re-entering the buildings that I believe almost killed me! Good luck to you, and I'll look forward to hearing other comments... This site saved me in so many ways, by the way. I found my doctor--and my life-saving treatment here!!!  Thanks, everyone!  ________________________________ From: dragonflymcs <dragonflymcs@...> Sent: Sun, August 8, 2010 10:35:46 AM Subject: Re: [] PLEASE How do you Know if you are being exposed again ?  Thank you, I do not know what is making me sick now, trying to figure it out. I am not having a respiratory reaction to building, can left over mold do this ? can I be exposed again and not have a respiratory reaction?    God Bless !! dragonflymcs Mayleen ________________________________ From: " ssr3351@... Guest guest
Thank you for sharing, I find myself to be very much like you and I do all those things you mentioned, which is why I am considering some kind of exposure. I know I was pesticided in May and since everyone has been in a decline of some sort. My little girl passed Ms Honey) and my boy became paralized ) he is  walking again. Both he and I have are having over active nerve problems. My problem is I am having a hard time making out what it is. Left over pesticide contamination, mold again, (but I am not having a respiratory reaction ) so I am confused and stumped right now. Usualy I can figure out what it is. Now I am cluless.  Can I be tested instead and tell the difference betwwen one and the other? We are once again trying to get out. That is going to take us a while. (not new) wish we could just run out. Any imput would be greatly appreciated. Guest guest
Thank you Tug, I have not noitced any water intrusion. Have not found mold but that does not mean there is none, having gone threw that in my home. It was not very visible but the report was devastating. Behind drywalls etc. There is one room here , which we do not use that has had an odor I cannot figure out. But it is gone lately. We are going to seal all the ducts and air handler and see it there is a difference in anything or until we get out again. This county went threw 4 hurricanes , 2 storms flooding and I know there is mold in many places, I react to those almost immediately, can left over mold by products from a clean up do this ?? God Bless !! dragonflymcs Mayleen ________________________________ From: Tug <tug_slug@...> Sent: Sun, August 8, 2010 2:00:19 PM Subject: [] Re: PLEASE How do you Know if you are being exposed again ?  Have you had any water intrusions into your home or found mold? Guest guest
yes, things you eat can play a role and sometimes you just cant smell what is getting to you. > > Thank you for sharing, > > I find myself to be very much like you and I do all those things you mentioned, > which is why I am considering some kind of exposure. > > I know I was pesticided in May and since everyone has been in a decline of some > sort. My little girl passed Ms Honey) and my boy became paralized ) he is >  walking again. Both he and I have are having over active nerve problems. > >
Guest guest
Yes, this time I cannot smell what is making me sick, nor feel it in my lungs to guide me in a direction.   God Bless !! dragonflymcs Mayleen ________________________________ From: osisposis <jeaninem660@...> Sent: Sun, August 8, 2010 8:12:58 PM Subject: [] Re: PLEASE How do you Know if you are being exposed again ?  yes, things you eat can play a role and sometimes you just cant smell what is getting to you. > > Thank you for sharing, > > I find myself to be very much like you and I do all those things >you mentioned, > which is why I am considering some kind of exposure. > > I know I was pesticided in May and since everyone has been in a decline of some > sort. My little girl passed Ms Honey) and my boy became paralized ) he is >  walking again. Both he and I have are having over active nerve problems. > >
