Just found out that my hearing in which Kelman is trying to have me gagged

from writing of how it became a fraud in US health policy that moldy

buildings do not harm by the unclean hands of the US Chamber of Commerce et.

al., has been moved...to April Fools Day!

Can see it now,

Judge: Mrs. Kramer, if you refuse to stop writing of this fraud in health

policy and what the courts have done to aid it to continue; and keep trying

to practice First Amendment speech for the public good that you think is

guaranteed to you under the Constitution, you are going to jail.....April

Fools! (I sure hope he adds the " April Fools " comment!)

I have another thought.......... " THE POWER OF PRAYER " Since I am  a believer

and believe  in the power of prayer, perhaps those that are so inclined will

gather together from now until April 1,2011 and pray for a positive outcome for

Sharon. If Sharon can give us the exact time she will be in the courtroom, and

we can adjust for the variance in time zones, we can all be praying for a

positive outcome in her situation while she presents her testimony. We all have

nothing to lose by investing some time on her behalf. Sharon has everything to

gain.

THANK YOU. That would be really appreciated and I think it would help. I

am not a particularly religious person. But I do whole heartedly believe

in the power of collective prayer and massive positive energy being exerted

by good people. According to the continuance, the motion is to be heard at

1:30 PM Pacific Standard Time on April 1, 2011. There will most likely be

others there to have their legal matters heard, too. So I won't really

know what time until I stand up to argue. If history holds true, I will be

the last when there is no one else in the courtroom besides my family, me and

Kelman's attorney.

Really do appreciate this great idea,

I think this is as simple as I can make it.

I am REALLY afraid they are going to send me to jail this Friday to cover

up what the courts have done in my case that aids the affiliates of the US

Chamber and ACOEM to continue with fraud in policy and within many courts,

interstate, over the mold issue.

Here is the bottom line:

The fraudulent theme of the libel litigation was that I accused Kelman of

lying about being paid to author the ACOEM mold statement because I was

retaliating against him for being a great expert witness in my own mold

litigation with Mercury back in 2003; and because his science caused me to be

furious because I could not get my house remodeled. And now I need to be

gagged because I still continue to libel him.

Three problems with the above fallacies that are irrefutably evidenced to

be falicies in the court records file:

1. I have provided the courts for six years with uncontroverted evidence

that Kelman committed perjury regarding the testimony he NEVER EVEN GAVE in

my litigation with Mercury; that supposedly caused me to " launch into an

obsessive campaign to destroy the reputation of Dr. Kelman and GlobalTox " .

In reality, he was a non-entity in my litigation with Mercury. He is a

toxicologist and we made no claims of toxicity.

He sent a letter in 2002, before litigation even began in Mercury saying a

doctor with detailed knowledge of my daughter needed to be consultant as

to the safety of my home.

The courts in my libel litigation KNOW Kelman committed perjury to

establish needed reason for malice and his attorney suborned it right up to the

last brief he wrote. They rewarded it, never once mentioning the irrefutable

evidence of Kelman's perjury to establish a false theme for malice.

2. . My March 2005 writing accurately states that the exchange of money

was for the US Chamber's mold statement. There is no way around it. It is

right there in black and white. I don't even mention ACOEM til the last

sentence. Therefore, I did not accuse Kelman of lying about being paid for the

ACOEM mold statement. He wasn't. He was paid for the Chamber's, as

accurately stated in my writing.

3. The courts keep FALSELY presenting that in my writing, I accused Kelman

of lying about being paid to author ACOEM's mold statement and I had

malice stemming from a testimony they KNOW he never even gave in my case with

Mercury.

Its really BAD. They rewarded criminal perjury and deemed a never

impeached US citizen to be a " malicious liar " . They can't even state what is

incorrect in the writing, let alone a malicious lie.

This citizen, in the same writing, just happened to be the first person to

write of HOW the US Chamber and the Manhattan Institute think-tank got

their unclean hands into the mold issue and who all was involved in mass

marketing the scientific fraud used to aid insurer fraud, interstate.

Now, they are trying to gag me from ever writing of these fraud again and

what the courts did to aid it. Short of cutting out my tongue and cutting

off my fingers, its not going to happen. By now, they know this.

Therefore, I am anticipating going to jail to try to shut me up.

If they can do this to me and Democracy, they can do it to anyone.

Thank- you for helping me to understand.... All these things are quite over my

head and coming in the middle makes it difficult. So your explanation is a

valuable aid in my understanding of this situation.  To believe there is

honesty, fairness and truthfulness in the court system would be a blatant

misplacement of my belief system. I have seen it first hand in my own life over

and over again. When the police didn't even do a drug and alcohol test for a man

that killed my brother  when he has had drinking issues... I could only throw

my hands up in the air and say " Why not?????? "   Was he celebrating the night

before when his divorce became final and was hung over and/or on his cell

phone?? Were his reflexes impaired as a result of on overnight binge and thus

not only was he late for work, he was impaired with drowsy driving????  What I

do believe in is a God that is in control of all situations and He will make

things turn out for good to those that love Him. It is said His purposes are

higher than mine and His thought are higher than my thoughts. I am not being

preachy, I am just stating what I believe in and I am not pushing it on

anybody...... This is what helps me get through life. If you find it annoying

please don't read this.... I don't care what others  believe in, I care what I

believe in...

Sharon pick your battles and realize where you are most needed. Sometimes you

can win the battle, but lose the war. Would you be more valuable in jail or

would you be more valuable fighting the causes ?  I know you have thought

carefully about your choices and will proceed how you feel you are drawn to

proceed. The days are nearing to your court appearance and we all will be with

you on Friday.
