You could just take in a mason jar and have them rinsed overnigh tand then every

morning just rinse them for a few days and they will grow and others can see

them gowing. Then can use them from there.  They will see how easy they are to

grow.

That's exactly why I stood up this morning and said very carefully:

" If I don't come to breakfast, all that will happen is that you don't get

sprouts that day " , If YOU don't come to breakfast and I DO, all that means is

that the other people who do show up, will get YOUR bag of sprouts for the rest

of the day because I'll divide them up and the others will share them. " . That's

when the questions started.

" Do I have to refrigerate my leftover sprouts during the day if I don't eat the

whole bag during breakfast?? (we are talking a little bitty snack bag here). I

assured them they could carry the little bag on them throughout the day but when

they get home, to put it in the fridge if they are not going to use them until

the next day.

See, I'm trying to get them to try a bit of sprouting on their own, using a

mason jar (everbody has one in their house, I know because I asked them). They

also have colanders.

I'm waiting for the ultimate question (it will come in time).

" Melody, I want to do this for myself, how can I do this? "

Ah, THAT WILL BE A WHOLE NEW CONVERSATION.

Because.....give a man a fish and he will eat for a day....but TEACH him to

fish, and he'll eat for the rest of his life ...providing the fish are still

biting.. ROFL.

That's a great idea.

I'll start a batch today and by Monday (when everyone comes back for breakfast),

I'll bring in the mason jar.
