Guest guest
Hi , You mention vinegar.....are you letting your Kombucha ferment to vinegar and then trying to drink it? If so, it could be the acidic quality of it that is causing the problem. Most of us drink our KT at the sweet-sour stage, for me that is about a 7 day fermentation and it tastes like sparkling apple cider....not vinegar. Hope this helps. Peace, Love and Harmony, Bev > > Sometime ago I quit drinking kombucha because it just didn't work for me. I am too sensative to the sugar and even with the vinegar it gives me wart like things on the inside of my nose that you can't see but that are painful. I tried taking the vinegar and heating it on the stove to kill the bacteria so I wouldn't make my nose break out and drinking that with water. I am thinking hoping that way I can get the benefits of all the wonderful acids it produces without the bad side effects. Besides I make kefir and get pro-biotics that way so I don't need the probiotics in kombucha so much. Would like to know anyone's thoughts on this. > > Thanks, > > >

Guest guest
Hi , Understood, wonder if changing the type of tea and/or sugar you use would help? Are you allergic to tea or sugar made other ways? Hoping you can find a way that works for you. When my KT gets too sour I dilute it with water. Did that work for you?
