Guest guest
Okay, I plan on finally trying my microgreens (totally hate my procrastination). From what I've gathered chia is gelatinous; wheat and peas are very hard and dry. So, should some be soaked and some not? By sowing on potting media is soaking really that beneficial for any of them? I've got several trays up for the chickens, and have been sampling them some. I know that traditional seedling production wants lots of light from the very beginning to keep compact, strong seedlings. However, I have decided that does not make for a good sproutling\shoot. I must try them in the dark to get them all stretched out and soft before greening.
