I dont know about how long a mycotoxin can remain toxic.

a mold spore need moisture to grow and basicly turns to dust, mold fragments

when dry which you also dont want to breath.

I think that even a fragment could start regrowth of mold with moisture allied,

Carl Grimes or Dr. Thrasher would be able to give you better answers to these

questions.
