Guest guest
Phyllis, they aren't coming across to me as one letter lines or even one word lines. Seems normal.  Maybe there is something on your computer that needs adjusted. I had a problem like that but can't remember how I gt out of it. Check the options. Carolyn Wilkerson  ________________________________ To: sproutpeople Sent: Monday, July 2, 2012 3:12 PM Subject: help please  Under your new format, the individual messages come strung down the email, one letter per line! Yikes, not really readable. Just one very long email of one-word lines. Phyllis
Guest guest
I think I remember someone on another group saying this was the way it looked in Digest form. Guest guest
Is that when only one person has the problem, too? Maybe in the person's account? Carolyn Wilkerson  ________________________________ To: sproutpeople Sent: Tuesday, July 3, 2012 7:18 PM Subject: Re: help please  Phyllis, Someone on another group just shared this info. I have to remove names but you will still get the info..... She reported that she was getting one word per line in her digest. I've been trying to figure out what's happening, and just found this that might fix the problem: It has been reported people have been successful in restoring their digest format by going to the Home page of the Group were you are having the format problem. Click on Edit Mail Preferences Go down to Step 3 and change from Full Featured to Traditional Remember you still will have to wait perhaps 12-24 hours for your change request to activate. Hope this will help anyone on digest with the one word per line format problem. It has resolved the issue for others on many different Groups. Guest guest
That is the impression that I got. Only one person on this other group had complained of the same problem. R. Guest guest
I have responded privately with the instructions I posted last night. Hopefully that will help. Guest guest
Are you in any other group and do you have that problem there? Try to go into options on yahoo and see if there is omthing there that could affect this. I had the problem once and did a couple things just to experiment and was able to fix it, but I can't remembr what it was at all. Play with options and other things to try to see if you can fix this. It isn't the group, it is your computer and your settings or your settings on the Account either with Yahoo or with the Sprout people group.  Good luck. Hope you don't have to leave us.  Carolyn Wilkerson  ________________________________ To: sproutpeople Sent: Wednesday, July 4, 2012 9:43 AM Subject: Re: help please  I have no clue how to fix these one-word lines.
