Thanks, you guys. It is interstate insurer fraud. The state of CA has

been profiting off of the backs of the sick and deceased for years when

employees of the UC testify as expert witnesses denying proof of causation of

illness. The Regents keep over half of the monies generated from the fees.

THAT is what they have been trying to shut me up about for six years, ie,

how they have been making money while regurgitating the fraudulent science

of the US Chamber & ACOEM.

Now they want me to not be able to write of HOW the Ca courts aided and

abetted with the strategic litigation carried out for six years that enabled

the fraud to continue. Its BAD all of this is in the court records of my

case. But you won't see any mention of it in the Opinion.

in November. This is the organization that funds CA district attorneys to

That's interesting. I never even noticed the gold trimmed flag. I took a look

at pictures of the Oval Office back in time and found that the gold trimmed flag

first appeared in renovated White House, after the fire, in 1930 when Herbert

Hoover was President.

I've seen the corporate logos on the flag before. Unforunately that is the way

it is now.

Wrong. There are three courts with the third one being the most

powerful...the court of public awareness and opinion. I Need to get this info

before they seal the court records the end of March.

Not talking esoteric debate here on the history of Constitution of the US

and its courts.

Talking case specific, real world, TODAY, problem that needs to come to

I have a workmans comp case with my school district but I doubt anything will

happen. In the past a teacher and two students died because of mold and

pesticides. Another teacher was told after 12 years that yes,she was made ill

from working there but they don't have to pay anything.

I went to UC IRvine, thinking UC has such good medical facilities they would

help. I was told to take cool showers and use more hand lotion and they gave me

a bunch of asthma meds which i never used.

I wrote a letter to the head of school and told them they were useless and

basically stole money from me. I also found out the doctor who was in charge of

environmental medicine at Irvine lectures to insurance agencies, maknig big

bucks I am sure. I found a flyer for him lecturing at an insurance conference

on how to avoid paying medical claims for mold, etc. What a schmuck. You know

what they say about a camel and a needle. He better have a big needle.

Meanwhile people are still getting sick at my school. Some have had to quit and

don't know why. Others are on medications diagnosed with asthma, sinusitis,

allergies, tinnitis, etc.

Ruining lives and making big bucks.....must be so rewarding!

I have been involved in three schools in California. What I have learned is

that school districts are self insured. They will go to any length to deny the

problem. Even hiring CIH firms that do minimal testing to prove that there is

not a problem. The districts will not use CIH's who are interested in defining.

The teachers and the parents must pay for theses cost. In all three schools we

defined the problem, denied by the districts. Therefore battles are ahead of us

in the corrupt courts of California. The children will be handled in a district

court. Unfortunately, as Sharon has pointed out, the teachers and employees

will be forced into worker's comp.

Yes, they had testing done by their independant company. Who just happens to

work for their insuance conpany. When I called OSHA they put me off for months

then they called the school and the school told them everything was ok. Then

when i had to quit and called them they said I wasn't under their jurisdiction

since I was not eomployed. \

It was EPA who told me to call NIOSH who told me to call UC. Collusion?

And there is an insurance company whit millions to fight for them and all the

schools belong to it. I have documents on them and I might have the flyer from

Dr. Seltzer of UCI.

I tried to save everything because it can disappear on the net.

It is all on my other computer so I will look and forward.

This SOB sent a letter to my doctor telling her to check for somatization.

He saw me after I was in a carpet store and my skin was glowing red, my head was

crawling, my eyes were so bad I had to get cortisone eyedrops, I had joint pain

for 6 months,
