Guest guest
Joe, Excellent find. Thank you. It is important and I hope the authors are on the right track. I'd like the group to consider the following language from the paper (without having to comprehend the highly technical details) - ...we will discuss our current understanding of the underlying mechanisms ... - ...we have started to unravel the diverse function of Treg cells in vitro and in vivo. - Future studies are needed to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the ... - ...and to address how Th cell conversion might impact immune responses and the development of various immune disorders. Lots of " wiggle room " in their words but that is standard in research. No one study or body of work is ever definitive. It takes time, multiple studies by multiple researchers, and a developing consensus. Despite the fact that there is lots of work to be done it is also important to know that despite us being " thrown under the bus " by clinicians. landlords, and attorneys there are credible researchers taking immune dysfunction, from any cause, seriously. There are also credible researchers, public health, government agencies, clinicians, and building scientists taking dampness, mold, and the filth caused by dampness very seriously. But it will take time! In the meantime, we must act to take care of ourselves despite the lack of complete answers. There are some things which are known and accepted, some are close to being known, but many mysteries still to be discovered. We must find, share, and use the best, most authoritative information available which works for people like us. Carl Grimes Healthy Habitats LLC ----- This up-to-date summation of the current state of knowledge about CD4 T Helper Cells is available for FREE, only until November 30, 2010, from the publisher. When scientists and medical researchers finally get around to describing what is happening inside our body, when we get a toxic mold reaction, they will use a language composed of the terms discussed in this article. http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1365- 2567.2010.03289.x/pdf
