Guest guest
You can look up the licensing board in your state. I believe you can start there with a complaint. What kind of inspector was he?? Are there laws in your state regarding mold inspections ? When I start to feel like this I get extremely upset and want to hold the individuals who are responsible accountable. How would I go about reporting and ultimately getting the home inspector's license revoked? I don't have the money to sue him but that doesn't mean he should get off scott free and go on with his life as if nothing has happened. Because of him I more than likely will never completely recover from this and he should be made aware of what he's done to me and how his incompetence has ruined my life. He has a facebook page what I thought about doing is emailing everyone on his friends list and telling them how their friend destroyed my life but the last thing I need is a lawsuit
Guest guest
Thank you for responding Mayleen, I've contacted the licensing board today and left a message hopefully they'll call me back within the next few days. There's nothing in the state I live in concerning mold inspections it states in his contract he isn't responsible for mold but he is responsible for the sewage leak and the 3 foot section of foundation that has chipped away from the water that was seeping through it. The rebar was exposed for such a long time that it was already rusting but yet he failed to see it. I wish we could post pictures I think you'd be amazed on what he missed. My gut feeling tells me not to push this to hard as he might get an attorney and sue me but the way I see it is I have already lost everything due to his negligence I have nothing more to lose. > > You can look up the licensing board in your state.
